About the Instructor
Sarah-Beth Gosselin
Sarah-Beth has earned her 3rd Degree Black Belt in Shotokan Karate. Studying Karate for over 12 years she has become a world-class instructor. In addition to her Traditional Karate training, she studies Krav Maga, a self-defense system built for the everyday person. Sarah-Beth has made a mark on the martial arts community by her wealth of knowledge and eagerness to teach what she loves.

Sarah-Beth holds an 1st Degree Black Belt in Krav Maga through IKI - Israeli Krav International. She specializes in teaching adults and teens.
She also works with Domestic Violence advocates to build confidence and strength in those who have been mistreated. Building Strength through Perseverance.

She continually looks for opportunities to further her skills and knowledge in the techniques, strategies and concepts that she teaches. She has traveled around the country and trained with different affiliations in the Krav Maga system.

In addition to attending and learning in seminars, she has taught several women’s only self-defense seminars. Over the years she has had many students both male and female in
her classes that have learned valuable skills, that not only include techniques to strike, but awareness, body positioning, posture awareness and other valuable tools that may even
prevent an attack before it even happens.

Teaching safety, awareness and self-defense is something that Sarah-Beth is fiercely passionate about. She believes in the idea that everyone is strong, or can be strong, but it all starts from the attitude in which each individual holds within himself or herself. Confidence is key, and knowledge is power.
